It works out cheaper for people if I order them in bulk and then send them out to you first class, as Lulu charge high shipping fees. I could do with knowing how many to order, a quick 'yes' will do if you want one, we'll sort out postage and stuff through e-mail when I actually have the books. For those who don't want a paperback, the e-book copy will be available from Lulu soon. I'm just waiting for proof copy to make sure there are no mistakes, so it should be on sale in the next couple of weeks. Paperback is 7 (+P&P, which will be about 1.50 UK) Download is about 3, I'll have to get back to you with exact price for that. I will be able to accept payment through Paypal, cheque, or postal order. DO NOT send anything yet, I need to get organised first! Approx 2 from every paperback sold will go to mental health service users empowerment charities. Nick has a paypal account, so if people want, we can put them on e-bay and people can pay through paypal. The paperback and e-book are available from www.lulu.com/madbooks But it works out cheaper if you want the paperback to order it from us, as Lulu's shipping charge is quite high, bu we can send them to you for just 1.50 P&P (+ 90p each additional book ) as we get a shipping discount for bulk orders. You pay 9.50 from us including P&P It is 11.41 including shipping from Lulu. Download is 3.88, no shipping costs, so if you want that, get it from Lulu.
