Hi Lyn, what absolutely wonderful and deep poetry, What ever I say would not be anywhere near adequate for your lost beautiful daughter. I am hoping that at least having those poems is in some way a connection you still have with her, please shout at me if in my bumbling inexperience I have triggered you and that is far from where your at.

I don't know what to say. I've just stumbled upon this site, and I don't know anything about Ruth, but I admire her as a poet and as a very brave and good person.
Her encouraging words about helping people in small ways are really affecting me right now (and I've been stuck in stagnant apathy for weeks). I am really thankful that you posted this. I don't know what to say. |

Hi visiting mum, I am very very sorry for your loss, i know that any words i could say cant and wont make any difference to your feelings, but i am so sorry. The poems are amazing and full of feeling, and i wanted to say my thoughts are with you. I am glad the poems are helping in some small way.
I felt it was good to share them as I think they do echo others sentiments too and although she killed herself her life was in many ways very positive even in her later years when she struggled so much. It helps to know folk like them too Lynn |
