He did a kids programme in the 70s where he did funny voice overs for video footage of animals being animals. He used to handle animals like cockatoos and
chimpanzees and do the voice over where he and the animal had a conversation. Kids loved him but the TV bosses said it was anthropomorphic and therefore not
proper so they put on the Really Wild Show instead which was supposed to have a basis in biology. Personally I thought Johnny Morris rocked and he should never
have been forced out.

Oh. I wasn't born in the 70s so that may explain why i still don't really have a clue!
 Although i did used to love the Really Wild Show, thought it was one of
the best things on TV!!

i do a mean impression of the bloke in that jr hartley advert! one of my party pieces whan ive had one too many drinks. i can feel an impression coming on now.
