        <![CDATA[ When i'm really low, some things i've found that can help include:- Duvet days. I'm a really tactile person, and i think i'm in some way related to cats. I like my comforts and when i'm really low and overwhelmed it can help a bit to curl up in my duvet. Whether this is on my sofa watching some crappy TV (or the Buffy musical episode) or in bed, it sometimes helps to hide from the world.- Scheduling. This sounds a bit geeky, but it has been my saving grace when i'm going through my worst... ]]>

2. Walking.

3. Music.

put on my favourite, comfiest clothes.  then i feel safe and secure.
<br>

paint my nails as i find it calming and makes me feel a bit less ugly or whatever word i mean.

put my favourite episode of without a trace on and have a really good cry.
<br>

stroke my cat marmalade and snuggle into him.  his fur is so soft and stroking him helps calm me down if i am hyper, or make me feel again if i have... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ All of the above. <br><br>The most important for me which is still a process I am working on is learning to value me and not be hard on myself when I do feel low. Duvet days are positive and an active choice now not to me a sign of failing!!. <br><br>Using the support systems out there, be it friends, family, helplines etc. Feeling I am worth helping is a part of that too as it takes energy and risk to reach out and say help. I have also learnt if I don't get help one way not to give up but... ]]></description>
